The ground-floor: this can be a separate space with direct access to the garden and its own bathroom. 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed and single bed, and the other room is a lounge which can also sleep up to 2 people.
Upstairs: a generous open-plan kitchen/dining and lounge room with Sky TV, opening on to an elevated entertaining area with seating and BBQ. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 single room and 1 twin/king room. Extra facilities include a sofa bed and a cot.
The Garden: the house is set on several acres and includes a fenced swimming pool. There is room for the children to play and the dog to run. Pick the fruit from the trees in the garden and soon there will be a spa pool to relax in.
Facilities include: 8.5m x 4.5m swimming pool, wireless internet access, patio heater, BBQ.
