A full kitchen and extensive entertaining space makes it a great place for a weekend away with friends or family. Or you can have the house to yourself from $200 for 2 per night.
Mangawhai Village
Mangawhai Village is just 1.5kms away – the legendary Mangawhai Tavern sits beside the estuary and has great food and regular gigs. Bennetts Café and Chocolatier is a must to visit, as is the Smashed Pipi Gallery, Café and Bar. For an authentic French experience there is the Frog and Kiwi Restaurant and there are lots of takeaway options.
Mangawhai Coast
Just 8kms away is Mangawhai Heads Beach which also provides access to the Mangawhai Clifftop Walkway. To the South there is Te Arai Point, Pakiri Beach and Goat Island for diving. To the north Langs Beach, Waipu Cove and Ruakaka. Off-shore are the Hen and Chicken Islands with excellent fishing and diving. On shore are golf courses, wineries and walking.
